Al Beed Terrace is a contemporary residential building located in Al Raha Beach, a prime waterfront community in Abu Dhabi. Designed and developed by JT & Partners, who led both the architecture and engineering, the project spans a built-up area of 19,851.21 square meters. Its design follows a distinctive stepped-building concept, creating layered terraces that maximize natural light and panoramic views. Many of the apartments enjoy near 360-degree vistas of the surroundings, enhanced by floor-to-ceiling glass doors that open up interiors to the outdoors. The façade is defined by clean lines and frameless glass balustrades, with dark-toned aluminum accents set against light-colored walls, giving the building a sleekand modern aesthetic that complements its waterfront setting.
